Helsinki – a city for all the senses
Helsinki is a city of fresh air with 123 kilometres of shoreline and more than 300 islands to treat all the senses! With a climate displaying both maritime and continental characteristics, Finland boasts four unique seasons. During summer, the average temperature ranges from 18 to 25 ℃ (64 to 77 °F) and the days are long with 18 hours of daylight. In winter, the days are short and temperatures dip below –5 ℃ (23 °F) and lower. Snow is expected from November/December to March/April.
